Course Overview: Step into the magical world of Christmas with our 5-day Christmas Elf Training Course, designed for aspiring elves who wish to bring holiday joy and create unforgettable experiences for children and families. Hosted in the enchanting surroundings of Lapland, this course immerses participants in the art of being a Christmas elf, from storytelling and interactive performances to guest engagement and maintaining the magic of Christmas throughout the season.

This specialized training will prepare you to become part of our elf team, delivering festive joy and excitement as part of our renowned Santa Experience. Whether you’re a performer, entertainer, or simply passionate about the Christmas spirit, this course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to embody the magic of the season.

Course Objectives:

• Learn the art of becoming a Christmas elf, including costume, makeup, and character development.

• Master the key storytelling and performance skills needed to bring holiday tales to life.

• Develop techniques to interact with guests, particularly children, while maintaining the festive atmosphere.

• Understand the logistics of running a Santa experience, including elf roles in guiding visitors through activities.

• Gain practical skills for entertaining guests in a variety of elf-led activities, from workshops to playful games.

• Learn how to foster a warm and welcoming environment that keeps the Christmas magic alive.
